Se negó la petición de aclaración de la Sentencia SU.157/99, que elevó el accionante, toda vez que de acuerdo con el Art. 241 de la Carta, la Corte Constitucional no tiene asignada la función de órgano consultivo.
Por consiguiente, no está dentro de su competencia la de absolver consultas que se originen en la interpretación y cumplimiento de sus fallos.
Sin embargo, para conocimiento del interesado, la Corte ordenó el envío de fotocopias de los oficios que fueron remitidos a esta Corporación por las autoridades vinculadas por la citada sentencia en donde informan los trámites adelantados para el cumplimiento de ese fallo.

- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. NEGAR la petición de aclaración de la Sentencia SU-157 de 1999, que elevó el señor Luis Enrique Villalobos Castaño, por las razones señaladas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique el presente Auto al señor Luis Enrique Villalobos Castaño. Y, al mismo tiempo, envíe fotocopias de los oficios que las autoridades vinculadas por la sentencia SU-157 de 1999, remitieron a esta Corporación, en donde informan los trámites adelantados para el cumplimiento de ese fallo.
